Refund Policies

Refund Policy
Beginning with registration for the Fall 2009 programs, the following refund policies will be in place:
 
Refunds, In-Town Soccer
A participant who pays the Fall and Spring season fee, and requests a refund prior to close of the Fall in-town registration period will be refunded 100% of the registration fee paid, less $25 for processing and administrative costs.  A participant who pays only the Spring season fee, and requests a refund of such fee prior to the close of the Spring in-town registration period will be refunded 100% of the registration fee paid, less $25 for processing and administrative costs.

No other refunds will be granted unless approved by the Board of Directors upon receipt of a written request from a participant detailing special circumstances warranting consideration.  Any such request must be received by the Board of Directors prior to the end of the season for which the refund is sought.

No late fees will be refunded. All refund requests must be e-mailed to info@cohassetsoccer.com .
 
Refunds, Travel Soccer
A participant who pays the Fall season fee, or Fall and Spring season fee, and requests a refund of either such fee prior to close of the Fall travel registration period will be refunded 100% of the registration fee paid, less $25 for processing and administrative costs.  A participant who pays only the Spring season fee, and requests a refund of such fee prior to the close of the Spring travel registration period will be refunded 100% of the registration fee paid, less $25 for processing and administrative costs.  A participant who pays the Fall and Spring season fee, and requests a refund for the Spring season prior to close of the Spring travel registration period will be refunded the Spring registration fee, less any volume discount afforded for combined payment of the Fall and Spring seasons, less $25 for processing and administrative costs.
